Cheers to the most beautiful sunset in Florence!

You may be aware that the sunset from our terrace is incomparable. So much that our bartender Ranjula Wickrama created a cocktail inspired on it in the summer of 2017. His will was to give our clients a chance not only to enjoy the breathtaking view but to experience the real taste of sunset in Florence as well. And we must tell you that he so succeeded!

The classic taste of Vodka, Soda and Lemon seem so familiar, but the fresh Passion fruit juice made its identity as “THE SUNSET”.  Vodka represents the summer heat while Soda is the dryness of summer, lemon symbolizes the sun and ice of course freshens the whole drink but it’s the Passion fruit that gives color and complete the unique and real taste of the splendid sunset. THE SUNSET

Ingredients

Vodka            45 ml

Passion fruit syrup    45 ml

Soda             10 ml

Fresh lemon juice    2 ml

Fresh passion fruit    1 pc

Lemon            1 slice

Instructions

Fill glass with ice

Add 45 ml of Vodka, 45 ml Passion fruit syrup, 2 ml of lemon juice and fresh passion fruit juice

Tap with a splash of Soda

Garnish with a slice of Lemon
